Quality Assurance Plan

Our  quality assurance  plan  involves  rigorous  checks  at every stage of the  project to ensure the  highest standards  of  quality  and safety. This  includes:  Material  Sourcing, Production Checks, Mock-Ups, and Work Audits.

Material Sourcing

To ensure that the materials meet the required standards and specifications, we will:

Establish quality criteria

The quality criteria and specifications for each material category will be clearly defined by the operation team

Verify supplier credentials

We  will  conduct a thorough evaluation of the supplier's credentials and request the supplier to provide a test report on materials, e.g. test report on fire retardancy.

Production Check

After our factory commences production, our team member will proceed to the factory to oversee the production process, including:

Ensuring adherence to quality standard

The team member will conduct quality check and inspect the finished structures.

Tracking production timelines

Our team will ensure that the production process stays on schedule.

Mock up

q-3
Error Identification and Mitigation
By mock-up, potential design errors or clashes can be identified early on, minimizing costly rework and change orders during the installation phase.
q-4
Quality Assurance
By assembling and inspecting mock-ups, our operation team can identify potential construction issues and validate construction methodologies。

Protective Packaging

1. Foam: To prevent damage on paint of the materials

2.Corner Foam: To prevent damage on the edge of wall panels

3.Wooden Crate: To protect materials from damage during shipping

4.Stretch Film: To fix the foam and corner foam on the materials and other general protection

Remedying Defects

Defects can appear at any time during or after the installation process. It is important to acknowledge these issues as early as possible and be prepared to remedy them.

Prepare spare materials

Having spare materials readily available allows for an immediate   response to defects

Timely re-production

Since we have our own global networking, we always choose the factory closest to the show venue for production. If unfortunately there is serious defect that we could not fix onsite, we could re-produce the item  and deliver to the show site in the shortest time.

Experienced operation team

With our experienced operation team members, who have been working in the industry for more than 20 years, they could always come up  with comprehensive methods to remedy defects onsite

ESG Proposal

Our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility is reflected in every aspect of our operations. This includes using reusable materials, optimizing transportation to reduce CO2 emissions, and engaging in community giveback measures.

Sustainability Contribution to the Industry

Sustainability has always been an inseparable part of our corporate DNA. The introduction of SYMA profiles in the 1960s made exhibition booths reusable for the first time – and changed the industry.

Three key facts about our profile systems:

Reusability

While other materials are often disposed of after an event, our tried and tested profiles are reusable. Thus, it is possible to use the same elements for entirely different projects.

90 % Recycling rate 90%

Due to the conscious use of high-quality  aluminum, our;profiles have a particularly;high recycling rate.Entirely in the spirit of the circular economy, the versatile material can be repurposed for a wide variety of products.

Longstanding partnership

Thanks to our numerous, long-standing customers, we can guarantee mutually efficient value creation. We are familiar with their needs and can support them with previously developed  stand systems.

All-round Sustainability: From Furniture to Lighting

The idea of going green comes to mind when we think about every aspect of booth construction:

Lighting

Opting for LED & HQI lighting for a Green Stand whenever feasible.

Furniture

For rented or existing furniture, sustainability is key. It should be long-lasting,  sturdy,   and   ideally   reusable   post-trade  fair.  This   criterion   extends  to  refrigerators  and  other  electronic  devices, which  should  meet the  highest  energy efficiency standards.

Packaging

Minimising the use of disposable materials and optimising delivery trips

Waste Management

We aim to significantly  reduce waste during  booth construction  by  minimizing  disposable materials, optimizing transport logistics, and implementing effective  carbon offset strategies.

Minimize Disposable Packaging

Reduce the  use of single-use  materials  by employing  reusable and  recyclable  packaging options. Disposable films are reduced to an absolute minimum, both  when packaging and when setting up an exhibition stand on site.

Optimize Transport Logistics

Necessary delivery trips are optimized. We will organize group transportation for  local teams to minimize the carbon footprint associated with travel. Streamline  delivery  schedules to  consolidate  shipments, thereby  reducing the  number  of  transport trips.

Community Giveback Measures

Social  responsibility  is  also  at  the  heart  of  SYMA.  Our  company  not  only  maintains   a    solid   reputation   in    construction    technology   and    factory  infrastructure.  We  make  sure  every  part  we  are  involved  in  is  kind  to  our  people.
